Prerequisites:

• Introduction to Human Sexuality & Sex Therapy

• Clinical Protocols for Sex Therapy (Intermediate Sex Therapy: Protocols will count as well)

This case-study based course will explore how the impact of medications, disease states, psychiatric disorders and changes across the lifespan affect sexual functioning and successful sex therapy.

This course will prepare you to tailor your sex therapy protocols to the variety of medical issues with which your clients may present and increase your confidence in developing collaborative relationships with medical professionals to enhance patient treatment outcomes.
