Introduction to Human Sexuality and Sex Therapy
Following the broad overview presented in Introduction to Human Sexuality and Sex Therapy, Clinical Sex Therapy Protocols offers instruction on how to conduct assessment in sex therapy, the diagnosis of sexual dysfunctions, and the protocols for treating problems of desire, arousal, orgasm, and sexual pain. This course presents historical and current understandings of the use of Sensate Focus exercises in Sex Therapy.
For those pursuing ABCST Certification, the course will also address how to build healthy sexuality with couples recovering from sexually compulsive behavior, couples learning healthy sexuality after a history of sexual trauma, and those recovering from infidelity.
